• Children in difficult circumstances and grave exploitation such as sexually abused and exploited and children under labour exploitation located in the street or elsewhere.

• Rehabilitated and Reintegrated Children
• Positive changes in social attitudes, norms and practices towards the wellbeing of children observed

c) Strategic Interventions

• Identification, and withdrawal of children, 
• rehabilitation using community based rehabilitation centres (Safe home) and re-integration
